Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account, and type DELETE. Your account and everything of yours on our servers is deleted at once, and so is everything in the app on that phone.

Report a card or block somebody

Tap Report on the card. It is hidden on your phone and an email to us opens so you can say why.

To block somebody, open their page and tap Block. That ends your pair, and nothing more from them reaches you.

You can also email us with the link to the card or group card. A person reads every report.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Plans are paid through Apple, so they are managed in your Apple Account settings. On your iPhone, open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or go to Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore a purchase

In the app, go to Settings, then Your plan, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you paid with.
